A close-up of a collection of grounding and reflection tools laid out on a warm wooden table: a smooth grey worry stone, a sand hourglass mid-flow, a stack of pastel sticky notes with handwritten affirmation words partially visible but not legible, and a slim digital tablet showing a softly blurred counselling app interface. A glass carafe of water and a simple tumbler add clarity and transparency to the scene. Soft, late-afternoon natural light enters from the left, casting elongated, gentle shadows and warm highlights. Photographic realism with a shallow depth of field keeps the objects in crisp focus while the background dissolves into a soft bokeh, creating a calm, professional, and hopeful atmosphere for AOD recovery support.

Fees and Cancellations

As your counsellor, I am dedicated to providing support outside the Medicare system, which means you don’t need a referral from a GP. I strive to keep my fees as affordable as possible, often matching or being lower than the gap fee for services that offer Medicare rebates.

If you have Private Health Insurance with Extras cover, you may be eligible for benefits that can help with the cost of counselling. Please check with your Health Fund to see if you can claim these rebates.

I understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to accessing the support you need. If you are unable to pay the full fee, please reach out to me. Together, we can discuss a sliding scale payment option that works for you.

To ensure we can make the most of your session time, I kindly ask that payment is made before your appointment.
